At Puchi’s, we prioritize fast, efficient service and strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner within 7-14 working days. Shipping is available across India in various locations, with free shipping on orders above ₹1500. Additional shipping charges of ₹100 will be levied for prepaid orders below ₹1500. Please note that a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered to be eligible for delivery. All MRPs are inclusive of taxes as per government laws.
In the event that your order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise a complaint by contacting us at customercare.puchis@gmail.com with your registered email id and order number.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at customercare.puchis@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order, stating your order number and reason for cancellation. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. Multiple cancellations by one customer may result in their account being blacklisted.

Damaged/Wrong Product Policy:
In the event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare.puchis@gmail.com. Provide an unboxing video of the parcel, pictures of the damaged/wrong product, and a description of the damage. Once approved, you may return the product to us. Ensure the product is in its original sealed and undamaged packaging with the original label. We will inspect the product upon return and approve an exchange if it meets our criteria. The shipping charges for returning the product will be reimbursed, and a fresh product will be sent to you within 7-14 working days.
